張家界天門休閒山莊有限公司，簡稱張家界天門山莊，是一家集土家美食、民宿客棧、會議培訓、婚慶酒宴、研學拓建、康養休閒和農耕體驗為一體、功能齊全、設施完善的園林式綠色莊園。
山莊佔地550多畝，資產總額過億元。位於荷花機場航站樓西頭山頂，地勢開闊、環境優美、空氣清新。望天門洞開，觀銀鷹起降,美景盡收眼底。道路交通極為便利、清一色的炒砂路，至高鐵西站15分鐘，武陵源核心景區30分鐘。莊園附近乘車便利，滴滴、的士均可到達,飯店有免費接或送機服務。山莊現已形成前花園、後花園、內花園、柚子園、觀景台、芭蕉林、竹林花海、瓜果長廊、研學拓展基地和休閒遊道等十大景觀區，有民宿庭院，客房60個床位。有雙標、單間、親子房、情侶套房、情侶大床房、家庭豪華大套房7種房型，有土司床（滴水床)、圓柱床、大圓床、月洞床、普通大床及標準床等各種床型。實木傢俱，冷熱水24小時供應，中央空調、淨水器、衛生間乾溼分區。豪華大套房還配有廚房、茶具、棋牌室、會客廳、餐廳、冰箱、洗衣機。
山莊整體佈局合理，民宿分佈在環境雅靜的綠樹果木中，安靜舒適。餐飲區集中在一樓宴會大廳、二樓玻璃大廳、露天廣場和柚園林中，有連體大包廂、長龍宴、各種大小包廂28個及自助燒烤台。日接待量可容納800人同時開餐（含露天廣場和柚園氧吧），承載量在1800人左右。配有大型歌舞台、大小會議室、接待大廳、土特產展示廳、綠色茶台、沁心書屋、康養步道和研學拓展營地。院內休閒娛樂設施齊全，有棋牌室、ＫＴＶ、桌球、兵乓球、羽毛球、打陀螺、踩高蹺、盪鞦韆、轉轉秋、梭梭板、軟索橋、獨木橋、拔河、跳繩、飛鏢、滾鐵環及室外健身活動器材。

非常棒的一次住宿，後院就在機場邊上，開車過去幾分鐘，老闆包接包送，態度也非常好，晚上休息非常清靜，沒有一點噪音，可以睡到自然醒，酒店設施應有盡有，床鋪很乾凈，葡萄架上結了好多葡萄，荷花池的荷花也開的很漂亮，因為時間比較緊，如果再來張家界還會選擇他們家！哦，老闆家的飯菜也很好吃，早餐起來就算衹有一個人，服務員也會馬上安排廚師幫忙準備早餐，全是新鮮製作，沒有預製菜，昨天入住時還給我們免費住宿升級，因為酒店基本都是綠植覆蓋，晚上服務員還貼心給每個寢室外面撒葯，避免蚊蟲鼠蟻進房間！非常贊！

服務太到位了，晚上接近10點從天門山玩完吃完打電話給酒店，立馬派了兩個小哥哥來接，一大早7點多又早早給送到機場，還暖心做了早餐，問題是價格還便宜，還給免費升級了房間，住的最舒心的一次酒店，點贊點贊👍

We had an overall wonderful experience traveling in China — until we stayed at this property. 1. Bait-and-switch on our prepaid room: Upon arrival, we were told the water heater in our reserved room had not been turned on. Instead of fixing the issue, the manager assigned us to a different room — significantly smaller, older, and clearly a downgrade from what we prepaid. When we raised the issue with 訂房網站, the property refused to offer any resolution or compensation. 訂房網站 however offered compensation from their side. 2. Poor room conditions, nothing like the photos: The room was in disrepair. Faucets were loose and poorly mounted. There was no shower divider between toilet and bath (causing water to flood the entire bathroom), and to top that off the area around the toilet had no drainage. The caulking was visibly sloppy or missing altogether. Water pressure was weak, and it was nearly impossible to regulate the shower temperature. The space felt like it was maintained by an unqualified handyman, not a professional property team. Bed also had broken plank. 3. Cleanliness was unacceptable: There was leftover trash from previous guests in our room — a basic hygiene failure. Also a slipper below bed from previous guest. 4. Misleading location perks: While the hotel is near the airport, it is not within walking distance. You still need to book a taxi, so you get all the noise of the airport — including loud jet engines — with none of the convenience of actually being near airport. 5. Rude, unhelpful staff and false advertising: The listing states “Free transfer services available,” but when we asked for drop off at airport, the staff bluntly told us we had to arrange our own transport. Even when we asked to borrow an umbrella to return upon checkout, we were refused. The overall attitude was dismissive and unaccommodating.

Une halte inoubliable à deux pas de l’aéroport ! 🌟 Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit à la Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Villa (Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, Lotus Airport Store), mais quelle belle découverte ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse et une disponibilité exceptionnelles. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, très propres et confortables, parfaites pour une nuit reposante avant un vol matinal. Mention spéciale à la patronne, qui nous a généreusement conduits à l’aéroport à 4h45 du matin pour notre vol vers Xi’an — un geste rare et profondément apprécié. Nous avons également dîné sur place : un repas délicieux, copieux et à un prix très raisonnable. L’ambiance de l’hôtel est chaleureuse, presque familiale, entre la convivialité d’une maison d’hôtes et l’authenticité d’une coopérative agricole. Le tout à seulement 5 minutes de l’aéroport, dans un cadre dépaysant et paisible. Un grand merci pour cette parenthèse aussi agréable qu’inattendue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

一直沒有時間停下來點評，因為這個點評我要很用心。晚上11:00多才下飛機，民宿93年的美女小丫頭一直等著接我，很感動。民宿環境讓我倍感意外，很是舒服。早餐的麵條雞蛋饅頭非常可口。中午小丫頭又把我送到火車站，穩重又熱情。有機會下次我還來。

酒店在山上，除左自駕外，call車都方便的，不過不是很多司機知道位置，附近沒有便利店。 酒店員工很好很親切，幫我們call車，房間熱水慢也樂意幫助我們解決，人是熱情的只是位置有點不便，較適合旅行團住宿。房間真的很大，整體都是不錯的！
